- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The employees are obviously disgruntled, bored, surly, and above all inefficient. One walks into a full waiting room, no indication of who is to be serviced next, a grossly obese man sitting at the service window and you have little to do other than sit down and wait for something to happen. The employees yawn with arms across the chest and wait 15+min for him to get up to go into the drawing room. It will be another couple of hours for 2 or 3 more people are processed and likely an argument will ensue about who is next to go to the window.December 02, 2016by Mal Bull
