- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a script called in two weeks ago by my doctor. I went in to pick it up yesterday because it was time to start the new script and was told it had not yet been filled and that it would be done in one hour. I went back this morning and was told my script was on back order and would be ready Monday by 5. They claim they called, but I had my phone on me and had no missed calls nor voicemails. I will be switching to a real and more professional pharmacy. This is the second time this has happened to me at this pharmacy.September 24, 2017by Marena Rasmus
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Pharmacy did not call to communicate a prescription could not be filled. Pharmacy closes drive thru 15 minutes before posted time on the window -- they should update the hours if that is the case. Pharmacy techs & pharmacist both had attitudes here and very rude. This is worse than Walgreens in Florida. I will never step foot into this or any other Rite Aid in my life. We will be taking our business to another local pharmacy or will drive to Whitehall.
